We will be taking a summer break starting May 25, 2026, and will return on July 6, 2026.
Our website will remain open during this time. All orders placed through May 24, 2026 will be shipped before our break begins. Orders placed during our break will be fulfilled after we return.
Please note that some orders placed during this time may need to be canceled and re-ordered if the credit card authorization expires before we are able to process the order.
We can still be reached during our break, but response times may be delayed.

Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email.
- Shipping Notification: You will receive another email once your order has shipped.
Packaging
- Discreet Packaging: We use small, nondescript boxes with tracking and insurance.
- Signature Requirements: Unless waived by the customer, a signature confirmation is required for orders exceeding $500.
- Note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package is marked delivered by the carrier. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
