2025 Holiday Shipping Notice
To ensure your Valensole Jewelry order arrives in time for the holidays, please place your orders by the following domestic (US) USPS shipping deadlines:
- USPS Ground Advantage Service: December 17th
- USPS Priority Mail Service: December 18th

These are estimated deadlines provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
We’ll be on a holiday break from December 20th to January 4th.
All orders placed after December 19th will be processed starting January 5th.

Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email.
- Shipping Notification: You will receive another email once your order has shipped.
Packaging
- Discreet Packaging: We use small, nondescript boxes with tracking and insurance.
- Signature Requirements: Unless waived by the customer, a signature confirmation is required for orders exceeding $500.
- Note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
US & Canada
- Return Window: Up to 45 days after delivery.
- Conditions: Item/s must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all the contents.
