Valensole Jewelry Summer Break Notice 🌞
We’ll be taking our annual summer break starting May 24th and will be back on June 23rd.
All orders placed on or before May 23rd will be fulfilled as usual. Orders placed during our break will be fulfilled after we return. Please note that, depending on your payment method, some orders may need to be canceled and reordered due to credit card authorization time limits.
Responses to messages may also take a little longer than normal during this time. We truly appreciate your patience and continued support while we take this time to rest and recharge.

Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email.
- Shipping Notification: You will receive another email once your order has shipped.
Packaging
- Discreet Packaging: We use small, nondescript boxes with tracking and insurance.
- Signature Requirements: Unless waived by the customer, a signature confirmation is required for orders exceeding $500.
- Note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Order Tracking

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
US & Canada
