What makes Valensole Jewelry different from other brands?

We focus on creating premium jewelry that combines comfort and luxury. Our pieces are crafted with attention to detail and designed to avoid irritation, especially while sleeping. We also use only solid gold and natural diamonds, making our jewelry low-maintenance and perfect for daily wear.

Is your jewelry sold as a single piece or as a pair?

All of our jewelry is sold as a single piece so you can mix and match! Please order two if a pair is needed.

I'm not sure what size jewelry I need?

No problem! This is common so we made an in depth Jewelry Size Guide to help you out :)
Make sure you follow the instructions at the top to ensure everything is at a 1:1 scale!

Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Because we only offer our jewelry pieces crafted from solid gold, they are safe for sensitive skin.

What kind of gold do you use in your jewelry?

We offer our jewelry in solid yellow, white, and select styles in rose gold. Since all our pieces are crafted from solid gold, you can trust they will maintain their beautiful finish over time with minimal maintenance.

What kind of diamonds do you use?

All of our natural diamonds are SI clarity and GH color, which is near colorless. With the naked eye these diamonds are gorgeous and sparkly!

Do you gift wrap?

All of our orders are gift ready with a jewelry box and a jewelry pouch, excludinginsertion pin only orders, so you or your loved one receives a beautifully presented gift. If you would like to do something particularly special for any of your orders, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate!

Do you offer custom jewelry?

We currently do not offer custom orders. However, we may be able to accommodate in between size hoop and/or shorter or longer post length stud availability. Additionally, we may also be able to craft certain pieces of our jewelry with other precious stones and some of our hoops may be crafted with higher karat gold.

Does the jewelry come with a warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. That's why we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase to cover any manufacturing defects. Please refer to our returns, exchange, and warranty page for details.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Solid gold and natural diamonds are one of the easiest materials to care for with minimal effort. So, just follow these instructions when you feel your jewelry is losing its sparkle!

1. Dilute a small amount of mild liquid dish soap in warm water
2. Give your jewelry a nice soak for at least five minutes to loosen any buildup
3. Scrub gently with a soft bristled brush
4. Rinse well, pat dry gently, and let your jewelry air dry on a soft surface like a towel
5. If storing after cleaning, make sure the jewelry is completely dry before storing

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and/or debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept other types of payments like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through a 100% secure server and your personal information is protected with the highest level of care and protection.

Order FAQ

How quickly can I receive my order?

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California, within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping estimates throughout the US are approximately 1-5 business days depending on the shipping option. However, delivery times are estimates and and cannot be guaranteed by USPS. If the order is urgent or an expedited form of shipping is required, please select Priority Mail (2-3 days on average) or Priority Mail Express (1-2 days on average) options at checkout.

For all international orders, including Canada, all orders are estimated to arrive within 7-28 business days depending on the shipping option, but delays have been common due to the ongoing global supply chain issues.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 45-day return policy for domestic and Canadian orders. You have 45 days from the date of receipt of your product to request and complete a return. Please note that exclusions may apply to sale items.

To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging including any gifts with purchase.

All international orders outside the United States and Canada are final sale and non-returnable.

Where is my order?

If you have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation, please contact us so we can look into the issue. Please check the spam / promotions folder as it may have been automatically filtered upon receipt.

If you have received the order confirmation, once the order has been fulfilled and shipped you will receive a notification with a tracking number. This tracking number can then be used to follow your package's journey.
