    Eligibility
    We offer a 45-day return policy for domestic and Canadian orders. You have 45 days from the date of receipt of your product to request and complete a return. Please note that exclusions may apply to sale items.

    To be eligible for a return and refund, your item/s must:

    1. Be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
    2. Include all inserts and gifts with purchase (if applicable).
    3. Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

    Return and Refund Process

    To initiate a return:

    • Contact Us: Reach out to us to begin the return process.
    • Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item/s:

    • A refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping (both original and return, if applicable) and a 6% restocking fee (including refused delivery).
      • Cost of shipping will vary based on return location and order amount due to insurance costs.
    • Condition: If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In such cases, the item/s may be returned to you at your expense, or an additional restocking fee may apply to recover any diminished value.
    • Additional fees may be deducted for using packaging larger than the original or specified.

    Please note, it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Exchanges

    • Upon acceptance of a return, a store credit will be issued minus any applicable fees.
    • This store credit can then be used to make a new purchase for an exchange item.
    • If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original order, a restocking fee will be applied to the refunded portion, unless the difference is issued as a store credit. 

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Warranty

    We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. That's why we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase to cover any manufacturing defects.

    • If you have any issues, please contact us, and we will make it right.
    • Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, or damages, including but not limited to, general wear and tear, improper use, cleaning, storage, or modifications.
    • Our warranty only applies to purchases made directly from valensolejewelry.com and requires proof of purchase.
    • The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
    • Shipping charges may apply for warranty claims, depending on the location and nature of the issue.
