Holiday Shipping and Break Notice
To ensure your Valensole Jewelry order arrives in time for the holidays, please place your orders by the following dates for domestic (US) shipping via USPS:
- USPS Ground Advantage Service: December 18th, 2024
- USPS Priority Mail Service: December 19th, 2024
Please note that these are estimated deadlines provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
We'll be on a holiday break from December 20th to January 5th, but all orders placed by December 19th will be fulfilled before our break. Orders placed after December 19th will be processed as soon as we return starting January 6th.

Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email.
- Shipping Notification: You will receive another email once your order has shipped.
Packaging
- Discreet Packaging: We use small, nondescript boxes with tracking and insurance.
- Signature Requirements: Unless waived by the customer, a signature confirmation is required for orders exceeding $500.
- Note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
US & Canada
- Return Window: Up to 45 days after delivery.
- Conditions: Item/s must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all the contents.

International Orders
- Non-Returnable: All international orders outside the US and Canada are final sale and cannot be returned.
