Return Policy

Eligibility
We offer a 45-day return policy for domestic and Canadian orders, allowing you to request and complete a return within 45 days from the receipt of your product. Exclusions may apply to sale items.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it-unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with all inserts and gifts with purchase included (if any). A proof of purchase is also required.

Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item, we will issue a refund, minus the cost of shipping (original and return, if applicable), as outlined in our Shipping Policy, and a 6% restocking fee on all returns (including refused delivery). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense or may incur an additional restocking fee to cover any diminished value. Additionally, large packaging fees may be deducted for the usage of packaging larger than the original packaging.

Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
For exchanges, upon acceptance of the return, a store credit will be issued minus any applicable fees. Subsequently, you can use this credit to make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that a restocking fee will be applied to any portion of the purchase price that may be refunded if the exchanged item's price is less than the initial purchase price.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty
We stand by our jewelry pieces. That's why we will take care of your jewelry if there are any manufacturing defects for 12-months from the purchase date. Contact us, and we will make it right! Please note that our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items and damages, including but not limited to, general wear and tear, improper usage, cleaning, storage, and modification. Additionally, our warranty only applies to purchases made directly at valensolejewelry.com. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
