This stud was perfect! It was exactly what I was looking for for my tragus piercing. It is beautiful, high quality, and I will definitely be ordering more Valensole jewelry. Also, my package got lost due to an issue with my local post office and Valensole was so helpful and communicative throughout the process of trying to track it down. Thank you!!

I have mixed feelings about this earring. I love the shape & unique look, flat back, screw in post. But I have a couple issues. First of all, the post length. I first ordered the 5mm and wore it in my lobe, but it was too short & the earring was getting pulled into my ear. I exchanged them for the 6.5mm, but weirdly they were way too long! Like there was a significant amount of extra length, which meant my earrings got caught a lot on my hair, clothes, pillowcase, etc. It was annoying and I wish it was a flush fit, but not a dealbreaker. What IS a dealbreaker for me is that I own 2 of these earrings, & one of them screws the front securely to the back. The other one didn't, it just spun and spun and never tightened. I thought it was okay. Until tonight it fell out and I can't find it. So if you get a "good" earring, these are great! But if it doesn't tighten fully, don't hesitate to return it immediately or you might lose it.

I purchased their Tetra stud after looking at so many places searching for something similar. Janice and Jonathan were super accomodating for an odd request I had and they were extremely prompt in their replies! The piece is beautiful and exactly as I hoped it would be. I'll be back to purchase more, and will be telling friends about Valensole as well. Thank you Janice and Jonathan!!
