International Shipping Return Rates
All international orders outside the United States and Canada are final sale and non-returnable.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order 7 days past estimated delivery, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
For orders shipped within the US or Canada, we accept returns up to 45 days after delivery if the item is in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please refer to the returns page here for details.
